For more than forty years, I was the music in the room—serving from the piano, where the keys became my voice, my prayer, and my cry in worship. Week after week and season after season, I carried both the weight of Sunday and the joy of helping lead God's people through music.

Grace In The Grind was born from those decades of experience. When the call to build something new became louder than the comfort of what was familiar, I stepped away from my role as the music worship leader to pursue that calling fully—moving from leading a music ministry to equipping the people who lead them.
Today, I bring more than four decades of hands-on ministry experience, practical knowledge of modern music technology and worship resources, and a shepherd's heart for the people behind the ministry.
